Essential Selection Criteria:

- 3 yrs+ Landscaping experience (building retaining walls, laying paving, pergolas, decking and woodwork.)
- 3 yrs+ Carpentry experience (pergolas, decking, retaining walls and outdoor work is essential)
- Familiar with WH&S in the construction industry
- Relevant trade licenses
- Have an understanding of business
- An excellent eye for detail
- Excellent Client Service skills
- Leadership skills, initiative driven and be self-motivated
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong technical skills and quality workmanship
- Preferred Australian resident
- Current manual driver’s license
- Must have past work references
